Hi, I’m Leo — a Senior .NET Developer based in Houston, TX. I build reliable, scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure, with strong front-end experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. I enjoy designing clean architectures, improving legacy codebases, and delivering solutions that solve real operational problems. Full Stack Developer
First Community CU, Copperfield, TX

Developed ASP.NET Core MVC web applications, including:

Management system for vehicle loans, personal loans, and credit card applications, interfacing with Meridian Link web service. Features include user management, role-based access control, reporting, loan tracking, and FIFO loan distribution.

Developed system to track indirect loans processed by dealerships via Meridian Link, managing loan deals, chargebacks, payments, reserves and balances. Automated CSV extraction for monthly statements, to then send them to XDI printing for statement creations to send to dealerships.

Contributed to the development of a distributed system for microservices architecture aimed at hosting all monolith applications for improved maintainability and scalability through CI/CD.

September 2021 - CURRENT

Full Stack Developer
Hawkings Cameron Inc., Houston, TX

Developed a comprehensive ERP software utilizing ASP.NET Core MVC for an import and export company specializing in consumer goods in Central America.

Designed and implemented functionalities to track shipping containers, including contents, locations, and inventory status.

Developed approx. 10 new products, being involved in product creation, testing, packaging, price/cost structure, etc., until launching and promotion.

Implemented user management system with roles and permissions, allowing for secure access to different parts of the software.

Conducted testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and functionality of the ERP software.

Provided training and documentation for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of the ERP system.
